We are Hiring: Product Manager - Associate

We are seeking a driven Product Manager - Associate with at least 1-3 years of work experience to work closely with the Product Owner in shaping and delivering our ERP product. You will help turn ideas into clear requirements, collaborate with designers and engineers, and support the team from discovery to release. If you are someone who is curious, organized, and not afraid to ask questions to get clarity, you will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Support the product roadmap by preparing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and essential documentation.
• Translate problems and needs defined by the Product Owner and other stakeholders into well-structured product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Designers and Engineers throughout the entire product cycle, from discovery and exploration of solutions, to execution, testing support, and release readiness.
• Conduct basic impact and effort assessments to help inform prioritization discussions.
• Apply critical thinking to break down tasks, validate assumptions, and remove ambiguity before work reaches engineering.
• Maintain strong attention to detail when drafting requirements and performing initial user flow testing before QA takes over.
• Proactively identify gaps, ask questions, and clarify uncertainties early to prevent avoidable rework during the development cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines.
• 1-3 years of experience in product management-related, analyst, operations, or cross-functional roles that involve problem-solving, working with data, or collaborating with engineering or design teams.
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to break down problems clearly.
• Comfortable with basic product analytics and using data to highlight insights.
• Able to understand simple API behavior and technical concepts at a functional level (no deep engineering needed).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks without losing clarity.
• Proactive in identifying gaps and asking questions to remove ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Comfortable supporting process improvement and tightening execution workflows.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficient in professional English.
