About the job Product Manager (AI)

Scope of Work

• Conduct discussion with Business Owner on their business plan and business goals, and then do product benchmarking and analysis to develop the product roadmap.
• Discuss with related Business Owner to determine the priority and refine the product backlog regularly and/or as per necessity.
• Determine the objective, business background/pain point, and the features to be added/modify.
• Develop the release plan document, lead the release process, and assure the preparation of release is completed before execution.
• Design the evaluation metrics (product metrics) and collaborate for the development of report/dashboard.
• Conduct review of the metrics result, define any unproper pattern for further problem analysis, and review the business result.
• Conduct problem analysis resulted from the metrics indicator.
• Review the product backlog and put necessary refinement as resulted from the product performance review.

Requirement

• Placement at Pulomas Office (Jakarta)
• Bachelors degree in Product Design, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in product or adjacent areas including at least 1 year managing AI-driven products with a proven track record of delivering successful and innovative solutions for merchants or internal teams
• Strong understanding of data, design, research, software engineering, and business processes, with the ability to collaborate effectively across these domains
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to support product decisions and feature justifications
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating strategy, insights, and priorities into a clear and compelling narrative for stakeholders at all levels
• High attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities independently
• Solid understanding of underlying systems and processes, with strong logical reasoning to support complex product decisions
