We are seeking a talented and driven Associate Product Manager to lead the development and management of our Hospital Information Management System (SIM-RS). As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of key features within the SIM-RS. Your role will ensure that the system meets the evolving needs of healthcare providers while aligning with our business objectives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to build and enhance a product that streamlines hospital operations, improves patient care, and supports administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a long‑term vision and strategy for the Hospital Information Management System (SIM-RS) that aligns with business objectives
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize user needs into clear product goals and a well‑defined roadmap
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and steer the product roadmap
- Lead the product backlog to ensure feature development aligns with user requirements and company strategy.
- Oversee the successful delivery of product features, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Initiate ideas and strategies that bring a high impact to the business, driving product innovations and improvements.
- Take responsibility for addressing client concerns, including questions, issues, and requests related to the product.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation in healthcare technology.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics and propose improvements based on data‑driven insights.
- Lead strategic discussions with stakeholders to ensure product development aligns with business priorities and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or a similar role, preferably with experience in hospital/healthcare management systems.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient management workflows, and hospital administration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem‑solving skills to drive data‑informed decisions.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to take ownership and accountability for product development.
- Fully available for work on‑site at Tamtech International office in Yogyakarta.
