Job summary

PT Penguin Indonesia sedang mencari Staff Pengembangan Produk untuk merancang konsep, melakukan riset perubahan pasar, dan mengembangkan prototipe untuk evaluasi.

Anda akan menggunakan SolidWorks/AutoCAD (2D & 3D), menjalankan simulasi, serta bekerja lintas fungsi untuk menjaga kualitas dan dokumentasi proses secara menyeluruh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Min. 2 years of experience in product design, development, or industrial design in manufacturing/plastics industries.
• Proficient in SolidWorks (2D & 3D) and AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and capable of running SolidWorks simulations.
• Portfolio link required (via Jobstreet profile or attachment with updated CV).

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and product development based on market trends and business needs.
• Design product concepts in 2D and 3D formats.
• Build functional prototypes for testing and validation purposes.
• Run 3D simulations to ensure product performance and reliability.
