Job description

Lead and oversee end-to-end product development process for honey and functional ingredients, from concept to commercialization.

Conduct research and evaluation for new product opportunities in honey derivatives, botanical extracts, and functional ingredients aligned with market trends and customer needs.

Monitor and continuously improve product quality, stability, and performance through systematic trials and data-driven approaches.

Work with the commercial teams to identify potential market gaps, support customer technical inquiries, and provide technical training for sales teams.

Manage and develop the R&D team to strengthen innovation capability, ensure compliance with product safety and quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensure all new product developments meet regulatory, safety, and sustainability requirements.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between R&D, QC, Production, and Commercial to ensure alignment with company objectives and timelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of working experience in product development, preferably in natural ingredients, or functional ingredients industry.

Strong technical understanding of honey processing, natural extract standardization, and functional ingredient formulation.

Proven ability to lead projects from lab trials to full-scale production.

Skilled in data interpretation, formulation design, and process troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to manage cross-department collaboration effectively.

Highly innovative, analytical thinking, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
