Job Summary:
Responsible for designing and developing products, from identifying customer needs to conducting testing and technical documentation. This role also involves cross‑department coordination and driving innovation through research and product improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and define product specifications based on functional requirements.
• Create 2D/3D designs using CAD software and develop physical prototypes for concept testing.
• Conduct functional and reliability tests to ensure product performance standards.
• Prepare technical documents such as Bill of Materials and assembly instructions.
• Participate in regular cross‑department meetings to monitor project progress.
• Conduct research on new technologies or materials and implement design improvements for product enhancement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in using SolidWorks and AutoCAD software.

Product Development Lead

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end product development projects from initiation to completion.
• Conduct market research about market size, competitors, and product positioning.
• Handle sample product testing and product specification.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (RND, Production team, Marketing, Graphic Designer) and with external partners to ensure timely execution of product ideas.
• Responsible for packaging design for each product, from prototype to final sample.
• Ensure projects stick to timelines, plans, and objectives.
• Ensure product quality meets our standard.
• Continuously update and evaluate product and design to sharpen product.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development / Project Management.
