Responsibilities

• Assist and respond to customer needs and inquiries, both in person and online.
• Conduct field surveys, inspect products, and handle customer complaints.
• Prepare price estimations based on door model, size, and materials.
• Create simple designs for catalogues and promotional needs.
• Produce photo/video content and support company social media management.
• Collect and analyze market data to support branding and sales strategies.
• Coordinate with production, QC, and sales teams.
• Identify potential risks related to installation and material usage on‑site.
• Prepare reports regarding market trends and product needs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in the furniture or wood manufacturing industry.
• Graduate in Interior Design, Product Design, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and experience in customer service.
• Must be able to communicate in English (active and passive).
• Skill in design software (Photoshop, AutoCad, SketchUp, Corel, or similar).
• Understanding of social media, SEO, and visual content creation.
• Experience in furniture or wood‑related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to perform basic data analysis for branding and marketing purposes.

• Detail‑oriented, creative, organized, field‑ready, and capable of risk management.
• Willing to work mobile.
