  • Perform SWOT analysis for the assigned market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
  • Aggressively exploit the territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain highest possible customer relationship through proactive sales management strategy with regular and scheduled customer contacts & visits.
  • Plan and organize sales activities, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order. Report sales activities timely and accurately in CRM.
  • Cooperate with customer, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.
  • Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers.
  • Cooperate with various GAP Product Companies to provide timely information and feedback to customers.
  • Compile and submit monthly reports on sales, lost orders and market competition.
  • Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.
  • Cooperate with Credit Department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue.
  • To act as customer main contact point in all sales related matters in Indonesia.
  • To maintain and update the data and tickets in the CRM system, i.e. machine install base clean-up, customer visit, quotation and order status update, etc..
Mission

Maximise the sale of GAP spare parts and service solutions with profitable growth.

Implement effective GAP Aftermarket sales strategies and assisting the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager – GAP Aftermarket Asia Oceania to execute the sales activities into achieving the GAP Aftermarket sales objectives and target for Indonesia.

Experience Requirements
