A prominent beauty company in Jakarta is seeking a Product Brand & Marketing Manager to develop and oversee brand strategies. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and create marketing campaigns that resonate with consumers. A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally in the beauty industry, are required.
The Product Brand & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the long‑term brand strategy, ensuring strong brand perception, and driving product direction aligned with the company’s vision. This role combines strategic brand leadership with hands‑on product and marketing execution. It requires initiative, creativity, strong cross‑functional coordination, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
Act as the Brand Lead, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and positioning across all touchpoints.
Build, define, and maintain the brand identity including tone of voice, visual direction, brand values, and personality.
Develop the long‑term brand positioning, brand narrative, and strategic roadmap.
Ensure brand consistency across marketing, product, retail, digital, and customer experience.
Manage and strengthen brand equity, understanding consumer perception and emotional connection with the brand.
Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Training, Service Marketing Manager, Sales, Creative, R&D) to align brand and sales strategy.
Work closely with the BOD to translate business direction into strong and actionable brand strategies.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, accounting, warehouse, and logistics to support CRM programs, promotions, and product initiatives.
Provide insights and strategic input during product development to ensure alignment with the brand’s long‑term direction.
Analyze brand positioning, market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and sales performance.
Develop product marketing strategies aligned with brand identity, product lifecycle stages, and impactful marketing activities.
Lead creative development to engage and attract the target market.
Oversee packaging development and ensure all communications reflect brand positioning.
Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
Identify and implement growth opportunities in digital marketing, social media, and e‑commerce to scale the brand’s online presence.
Expand sales distribution channels and collaborate with the marketing and sales team to initiate promotional and CRM programs.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI, KPIs, and effectiveness.
Monitor brand health, campaign results, sales contribution, and consumer feedback to improve brand strategy.
Manage brand‑related budgets efficiently, ensuring resources are optimised for maximum impact.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in brand management, sales, or marketing — ideally in the beauty or fashion industry.
Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in data literacy, market research, and digital marketing strategies.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with strong stakeholder coordination skills.
Good team player with agility to adapt in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
Strong initiative and proactive thinking — enjoys thinking deeply about products and improving them.
Resourceful, creative problem solver with the ability to generate ideas independently.
Understanding of branding fundamentals, consumer behavior, and product development.
Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage budgeting and prioritise resources effectively.
