A leading company in technical services in Indonesia is seeking a Technical Support role focused on preparing accurate proposals and providing customer support. This position involves maintaining documentation and acting as a key point of contact for customers. Ideal candidates should have experience in technical support and strong communication skills.
Prepares accurate and timely technical and commercial proposals for non mining projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
Upon receipt of the order, prepare and transfer the relevant order documentations to the appropriate department for further processing.
Maintains accurate technical documentation and regularly updates supervisors on task progress while contributing to performance reporting and analysis.
Serves as a technical point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and clarifying project-related technical matters.
