We are looking for a Procurement Supervisor to oversee purchasing, vendor management, and inventory control across our dental clinic branches (Sozo Dental). This role ensures all clinics are well-supported with the right dental equipment, consumables, and materials — on time, in good quality, and at the best cost.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for dental supplies, consumables, and equipment.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking across multiple clinics.
• Conduct regular stock opname and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and improve vendor relationships and performance.
• Support equipment maintenance and ensure hygiene standards in procurement.
• Prepare reports and analyze data for cost control and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management.
• Experience in healthcare, dental, or clinical operations preferred.
