About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Procurement Supervisor to join our team at PT. SRI PERTIWI SEJATI' in North Cikarang, West Java. As a Procurement Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our purchasing and inventory processes. This is a full‑time position that offers excellent opportunities for career development within our growing organisation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Oversee the procurement of materials, goods, and services to support the company's manufacturing and logistics operations
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise costs, quality, and delivery times
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions
  • Monitor and analyse inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels and minimise wastage
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and address any procurement‑related issues or challenges
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to management on procurement performance and opportunities for improvement
  • Supervise and mentor a team of procurement specialists to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain management role, preferably within the property, manufacturing or logistics industry
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic supplier relationships
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Proficient in using procurement and inventory management software applications
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
