Job Description

• Develop and screen new suppliers, negotiate payment terms, prices and delivery time, and lead the signing of purchase contracts.
• Inspect suppliers, evaluate their qualifications and supply capacity, and ensure product quality and delivery schedule.
• Conduct quality testing and comparison of samples, provide product adjustment suggestions, and communicate and coordinate with suppliers.
• Regularly investigate the market situation related to the product, constantly optimize the cost and ensure sufficient competitiveness.
• Regularly evaluate, manage and assess suppliers, eliminate and update them, improve the supplier resource base, and maintain good cooperative relationships.
• Complete other procurement affairs assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Good proficiency in English or Mandarin.
• Experience in beauty product development is preferred.
• Quick thinking, good communication and coordination, overall planning, negotiation skills, strong ability to work under pressure and team spirit.
• Proficient in office series software.
• Able to do WFO (Work from Office) 5 days a week from our office in North Jakarta.
