Responsibilities

• Identify and source new products in line with customer requirements and market trends.
• Conduct supplier research, evaluation, and negotiation to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing to support product development and sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
• Prepare product comparison, cost analysis, and sourcing reports.
• Monitor sourcing timelines, shipments, and product availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major (Engineering or Business preferred).
• Experience in product sourcing, purchasing, or procurement is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
• Ability to analyze product specifications and market competitiveness.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight timelines.
