Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the property, real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry.

Proven experience in sourcing and negotiating materials, services, and contractors related to construction and building projects.

Strong understanding of construction materials, specifications, work methods, and technical standards.

Familiar with BOQ (Bill of Quantity), material take-off, and cost comparison analysis.

Experience in evaluating vendor proposals, tender documents, contracts, and bidding processes.

Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Good analytical and problem‑solving skills, especially in technical and cost‑related issues.

Willing to be placed in site Kalianda, Lampung Selatan.
