Job summary

A leading construction firm located in Gresik, East Java, is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the vendor procurement process for large projects. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 7 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing procurement processes, coordinating with technical departments, and preparing contractual agreements. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this role. This position requires relocation to Gresik, East Java.

Job description

Manage vendor/ contractor/ supplier procurement process for large projects through tender and ensure compliance with company procurement policy.

Coordinate with Design & Structure Department to obtain technical specification/ design/ drawing for tender purpose.

Perform sourcing for capable and reliable consultants/ contractors/ vendors to be included in the tender process.

Prepare comparison list (with pro-con for technical and commercial proposal) and report to Head of Procurement Department for selection process by tender committee/ management in accordance with authorization list.

Prepare contractual agreement (e.g. contract, SPK, etc.) for appointed vendors/ suppliers/ contractors.

Coordinate with relevant users to ensure smooth handover to Project Management Department for project implementation.

Prepare project procurement regular progress report.

Review vendor/ supplier/ contractor service or product quality and update to procurement preferred vendor lists.

Maintain relationship to contractors/suppliers.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable University
• At least 7 years experiences in the same field
• Having good experience to handle contractor or any third parties.
• Good communication and coordination, integrity and strong analytical thinking
• Willing to be placed at GRESIK, EAST JAVA
