About the Role

As a Procurement Staff member, you will manage the full procurement cycle for our MEP and Data Center projects, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure quality materials and services on time and within budget.

You’ll work closely with project teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations, control costs, and support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Responsibilities
  • Process purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project, and warehouse teams for material specifications and stock levels.
  • Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and post-project supplier performance reviews.
  • Support documentation and reporting for audits and project handovers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experienced in procurement, ideally in an MEP, construction, or data center-related industry.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and industry suppliers is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with procurement software.
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
