The ideal candidate should have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and at least 3 years of managerial experience in a technology or telecommunications environment. The role also includes training and managing a procurement team while ensuring cost savings and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as purchasing manager or 5 years as senior purchasing staff in telco or technology company.
• Proven ability to develop and execute procurement strategies and achieve cost savings.
• Experience in data analysis, demand forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Forecast levels of demand for services and products.
• Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers.
• Negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring service quality.
• Manage and train a team of procurement staff.
