A leading cosmetic company in Indonesia seeks a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement activities and manage relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business, with a minimum of 5 years in FMCG or beauty industries. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required. Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end to end procurement activities
• Oversee import and export documentations, customs clearance, and trade compliance
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, particularly in China and other international markets
• Source and procure a wide variety of categories, including raw materials, packaging, machinery & spare part, IT equipment & systems, general items & consumables, and promotional materials
• Run tenders, evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and supply chain improvement
• Monitor supplier performance with stakeholders, segment the supplier base, and review supplier KPIs regularly to meet expectations and deliver value
• Research and identify prospective suppliers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• A graduate of Bachelor Degree (preferably in Supply Chain or Business)
• Minimum 5yearsexperience (preferably in FMCG or beauty Industries)
• Solid knowledge of international trade regulation, incoterms, and logistics
