As a Procurement Manager at PT Kamadjaja Logistics, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's purchasing activities. This full-time position is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta Raya, and is responsible for overseeing the procurement process to ensure the efficient and cost-effective sourcing of materials, goods, and services.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet the company's operational and strategic objectives.
  • Manage the procurement team, including setting goals, providing guidance and oversight, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and analyse procurement data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align procurement activities with the company's overall business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing procurement processes.
  • Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the procurement function.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain management role, preferably in the warehousing (3PL), transportation, or logistics industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
