In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and inventory functions, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services to support our electronics manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Procurement/Purchasing staff (experience in the electrical or data center industry is preferred).
• Good understanding of technical specifications of materials and strong networking with electrical and data center distributors/vendors.
• Strong negotiation, price analysis, and contract management skills.
• Communicative, with high integrity and ability to work under targets.
• Active English proficiency is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery monitoring.
• Collaborate with the PPIC, logistics, and engineering teams to align procurement activities with company business objectives.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports related to procurement activities.
