About Our Client

Our client is a leading global manufacturing company committed to the highest standards of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE). They are looking for an experienced and passionate professional to join their dynamic team.

Job Purpose

To support the SHE Site Delivery Manager in managing and enhancing the overall Process Safety Management (PSM) system, ensuring compliance with international and local standards, and fostering a proactive safety culture across our client's manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review Process Safety procedures and work instructions based on global standards and industry best practices.
  • Lead and facilitate periodic process risk assessments and workshops such as HAZOP, Bowtie, and What-If.
  • Schedule and participate in internal and external Process Safety audits.
  • Ensure all process-related incidents and near-misses are reported and thoroughly investigated.
  • Act as a key reviewer for all Management of Change (MOC) requests.
  • Initiate reviews of emergency response procedures and ensure the execution of yearly drill schedules.
  • Define, manage, and audit safety critical equipment (SCE).
  • Participate in Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) for new equipment or projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Process Safety within Oleochemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Chemical industries.
  • Proficient in international Process Safety standards (NFPA, API, ANSI) and local regulations.
  • Hands‑on experience with HAZOP, QRA, Bowtie Analysis, and PHA.
  • Familiar with Life Critical Standards, MOC, and SCE.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
