Job summary

RGE Careers is seeking a Process Operator for Production Recovery Boiler in Indonesia. You will develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through startup and certification, evaluate processes with measurements and data interpretation, and design, test and upgrade systems to improve production rates and quality of output.

The role requires a related degree and 1–2 years of experience; relocation to the job site is expected.

Qualifications

• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
• Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
• Perform process simulations.
• Manage cost and time constraints.
• Perform risk assessments.
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
