Job summary

A leading OEM cosmetics company is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineering Manager to oversee process development and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensuring compliance with GMP and other standards. Responsibilities include managing the engineering team, process validation for new products, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve technical issues. Candidates should possess strong knowledge in manufacturing processes and hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sector.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mixing, batching, emulsification, filling, and automation systems.
• Proven leadership and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development, scale-up, and validation for new products.
• Optimize mixing, emulsification, homogenization, filling, and packaging processes.
• Improve line efficiency, reduce defects, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate process documentation, SOPs, and compliance with GMP, BPOM, and Halal standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, QC, Production, and Engineering to resolve technical issues.
• Lead CAPA, root-cause analysis, and process improvement projects.
• Manage and develop the Process Engineering team.
