Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize process evaluation work
• Supervise, inspect, and evaluate process procedures
• For non-conformities and unmet indicators found during process evaluation, organize discussions and promote improvements
• Manage and disseminate information on internal and external incidents
• Perform other tasks related to business operations

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:
D4 / Bachelor’s degree or above (preference for candidates with proficiency in English listening and speaking).

Professional Knowledge:
Familiar with quality management systems, capable of reading and analyzing quality charts and statistical data, with an understanding of tire production processes.

Essential Skills:
Analytical and evaluation skills, attention to detail and observation ability, communication and teamwork skills, proficiency in using measuring tools and office software.
