In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Analyze process and production data and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot process related issues.
• Work with R&D for product development and plant/product validation.
• Work with quality department for quality improvement using SPC.
• Work with maintenance for reliability improvement.
• Develop, maintain and change process recipe and process conditions.
• Work with related departments to ensure plant compliance towards quality and process safety standards.

Qualifications

Experience: 3 years of experience in oleochemical or petrochemical manufacturing process as process engineer or production lead.

English fluency is a must.
