Job summary

ofi Indonesia is seeking a Chemical Process Engineer to monitor and optimize production processes at our Tangerang facility, improving yield, efficiency and reliability.

You will troubleshoot deviations, ensure GMP, food safety and HSE compliance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, TPM, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, 4+ years in manufacturing, strong analytical abilities, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 4 years in process engineering, production, or continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve yield, efficiency, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and lead root cause investigations.
• Ensure GMP, food safety, quality, and HSE compliance.
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects using Lean, TPM, Kaizen, and Six Sigma tools.
• Support product trials, process validation, and deployment of new technologies.
• Analyze process data and prepare technical reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to hit targets.
