About the role We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at PT Sanwa Engineering Batam in Batam, Riau Islands. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the optimization and improvement of our industrial molding processes, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. What you'll be doing

• Designing, developing, and implementing efficient industrial processes to improve productivity and quality
• Analyzing process data to identify opportunities for optimization and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
• Providing technical support and training to production staff to enhance their understanding of process operations
• Participating in the development and implementation of new technologies and innovative solutions
• Documenting and reporting on process performance metrics to support data‑driven decision making

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's or master's degree in chemical, mechanical, or process engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role in the molding manufacturing industry
• Proficient in the use of process control and optimization software, as well as data analysis tools
• Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
