Job description

Develop new or improve existing processes of manufacturing.

Supporting other departments in problem-solving if there are problems/ technical issues with mechanical/ electronic tools.

Design CAD/CAM, prototyping/ fabrication, qualification, implementation, and documentation control.

Supporting others in problem-solving if there are problems with mechanical tools.

Support in-house machining process.

Collaborating with Quality teams to investigate, analyze, develop and implement for all quality aspects.

Responsible for handling documentation (WI / MI / IQOQPQ) of new/existing projects or updated existing manufacturing processes.

Able to manage and implement the Project Management timeline.

Requirements

• Education, min. Diploma Degree (D3) in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Mechatronics/ Industrial/ Electronic engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a tool maker or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with process improvement and developing manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing Implementation.
• Experience with PLC and Micro Controller.
• Experience with Special Purpose Machine.
• Knowledge and experience with IoT.
• Knowledge and experience with Solidwork CAD, Fusion CAM, 3D printer, Stamping process, Molding process, CNC Milling, and CNC Lathe.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 and related quality standards.
• Proactive and looking for improvement opportunities on own initiative.
• Able to communicate in English (writing and verbal).
• Microsoft Office.
