Job summary

Summit Care Inc. seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to provide quality patient care at Meadowlark Hills in Manhattan, Kansas. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, supervise assistants, and participate in case management to improve function and life quality.

The ideal candidate has an accredited Physical Therapy program, an active license in the state, strong communication and leadership skills, and a valid driver’s license for possible home health visits.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Valid Physical Therapy License to practice in appropriate state(s).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective leadership and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assures execution of doctor’s orders.
• Provides Physical Therapy evaluation and develops treatment plans.
• Oversees and participates in therapy records.
• Maintains supplies and equipment.
• Maintains patient schedule and documentation for billing.
