Print & Packaging Sales Manager in Indonesia
Position Summary
The P&P Sales Manager is responsible for developing new local brands in segment market. Contribute influential sales to industry based on developed brands and their supply chain.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Achieve maximum sales volume consistent with sales targets.
  • Contact and visit existing and new customers regularly to ensure continuation of existing business.
  • Recording of customers, competitors, and market related information in CRM system.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of new Opportunities for color management solutions in Print & Packaging and other industries related, capable of growth in sales area to meet business development.
  • Pricing negotiations with customers included contract negotiation.
  • Creativity on offering alternative solutions to customers.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and sales forecast.
  • Effectively carry out market research demand collections on industrial related.
  • Develop and maximize business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Keep the management informed on matters of specific business interest such as market conditions, competitive situations, product needs, etc.
  • Contribute influential sales to industry based on developed brands and their supply chain.
  • Work closely and efficiently with other departments, including Technical Support, Marketing and Administration, for striving to success of Datacolor.
  • This position will report to Country Manager - Indonesia.
Experience & Qualifications

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, chemical technology, science or engineering.
  • Have good understanding of industrial processes.
  • Well-established channels and strong industry relationships/network in P&P.
  • Experience in Print & Packaging industries or other color applications will be preferable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related industries.
  • Fluent English, spoken & written communications, Chinese language will be a plus.
  • Must be a good team player, open-minded, proactive, and be able to work independently with self-discipline.

Location: Indonesia-Bandung

Work Environment: Remote/Hybrid
