Responsibilities

What will you do?

You will leverage your strong consulting experience and knowledge of the Indonesian market to drive forwardgrowth of the firm. In addition to building the business and overseeing program delivery, you will also build strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, increasing revenues and building brand awareness.

• Demonstrate Mission Critical Behaviours, and encourage others to do the same in contributing to the delivery of global growth objectives; and leading on the execution of regional strategy
• Take a keyleadership role in your area of expertise, managing and developingteams within the Indonesia market
• Set the right example throughout the firm in term of work ethics, personal conduct and crisis management
• Build strong relationships with key clients on improvement initiatives and leadership team, and be regardedas a trusted advisor to senior client executives
• Bring deep experience in operations consulting (e.g. operational improvement and excellence, cost reduction, sustainability, risk management)
• Bring deep sector experience in, and established relationships with key stakeholders fromone of Mining & Metals, Oil & Gas, Chemicals/Petrochemicals, Power/Utilities, Manufacturing/FMCG)

Who are you?

• 15+ years of professional experience preferably with a mix of both in house and management consulting experience (likely already a Director or Partner level professional within a similar operational consulting environment)
• Excellent skills in identifying and developing new business and understanding the needs of clients.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesia market and a good existing network.
• Experience of overseeing commercial teams (some technical knowledge and expertise in relevant field of Operational Risk Management is preferred)
• Strategic planning and commercial acumen, alongside strong external and internal stakeholder engagement / relationship management
• Fluency in English and Bahasa is essential
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly growing consulting environment.
