Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor pricing strategies to support business objectives and profitability targets.
- Reconcile and analyze large data sets from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure pricing governance and compliance across different markets and product lines.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align pricing decisions with business priorities.
- Build tools, dashboards, and automated reports to streamline pricing processes and increase efficiency.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in pricing methodologies, systems, and processes.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer behavior to support proactive pricing adjustments.
- Support preparation of pricing proposals, simulations, and financial impact assessments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or a related role.
- Prior experience in FMCG or healthcare industries is a strong plus.
- Solid knowledge of SAP and pricing modules.
- Advanced Excel skills (automation, macros) and exposure to AI or digital tools for pricing optimization is a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage, reconcile, and interpret large volumes of data accurately.
- Good understanding of financial principles and pricing mechanics.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
