Responsibilities

• Manage and improve stamping processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and smooth production.
• Support new product launches and provide technical expertise in stamping.
• Design, develop, and optimize stamping processes and tooling.
• Lead troubleshooting and process improvements for press operations.
• Analyze production data and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and optimize resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering , or any relevant major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in press engineering or stamping processes within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of stamping processes, press machines, and tooling design (dies, jigs, fixtures).
• Skilled in troubleshooting and leading quality and process improvements.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi.
