Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Presales Engineer (Solution Architect) to work closely with our sales team. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, demonstrating how our products work, and providing technical support throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer challenges, goals, and IT requirements.
• Design and propose solutions for servers, storage, virtualization, and backup systems.
• Create topologies, BOM (Bill of Material), RFI (Request for Information), and RFP (Request for Proposal).
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) and present the solutions clearly and confidently to customers.
• Provide expert recommendations that meet both business and technical needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with server and storage, virtualization, and backup solution technologies.
• Experience in sizing/configuration (NetApp, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Huawei, VMware, Veritas, Cohesity) is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for business when needed.
• Motivated, able to multi‑task, work independently, and collaborate in a team.
