Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with the sales team to understand client requirements
• Analyzing, developing, and proposing technical solutions
• Making design, bill of material, scope of works, schedule and proposal
• Delivering presentation about technical solutions to customer
• Doing demo or proof of concept
• Coordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (price, demo equipment, technical specifications) to provide technical solutions
• Coordinating with other department to provide required information before the project begin

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar presales or technical sales role
• Strong technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and software solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
