• Meet with clients following the sale of software packages to collect data and other information required to customize software systems
• Strong technical understanding of HRIS software solutions
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain complex technical concepts to prospective clients
• Experience in preparing proposals, RFPs, and technical documentation to support the sales process
• Understanding of API integration, data accuracy, and system architecture to tailor to customer needs

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Staff (non‑management & non‑supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent
