About the Role

We are looking for a Presales Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in the IT Consulting industry to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for delivering technical consultation, solution design, and client engagement throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate is a professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in IT Governance, IT Service Management, and Cyber Security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify client requirements and design optimal IT solutions.
  • Provide technical consultation throughout the sales cycle, including presentations and responding to client technical inquiries.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure solution alignment with business needs.
  • Prepare and manage technical documentation such as proposals, product specifications, and Proof of Concept (PoC).
  • Support administration and reporting for presales activities.
  • Stay updated on technology trends and propose innovative solutions to clients.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a Presales role within the IT Consulting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Governance, Risk & Compliance, IT Service Management, and Cyber Security.
  • Skilled in developing and presenting technical solutions to clients.
  • Hands‑on experience in preparing technical proposals, product demonstrations, and PoC.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to work under pressure and tight schedules.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia for a Presales Consultant. The consultant will support the sales team by providing technical solutions and consultancy to prospective clients. Qualifications
  • Experience in Technical Consulting and Presales.

  • Solid understanding of security operations and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with major cybersecurity vendors (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, Splunk, Microsoft, IBM).
  • Exposure to Generative AI/LLM‑based technologies and their applications in cybersecurity.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written). Fluency in Chinese will be desired.

Reporting directly to the Head of Presales, the Presales Consultant team specializes in addressing current and potential customer pain points from technical and product perspectives. Our focus lies in delivering professional services to large enterprise clients with deep technical and product insights. We collaborate closely with Sales, product teams, and partners to craft innovative solutions that align with our clients’ business goals.

Minimum Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Understand customer requirements complexity.
  • Solve customer pain points by recommending XENDIT solutions that are easy for business, operations, and finance teams to use.
  • Ensure ease of integration for the customer’s technical team.
  • Guide customers on how to connect XENDIT with existing tools such as ERP systems.
Project Management
  • Manage agreed‑upon project milestones to ensure merchants can go live smoothly.
  • Engage with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Clearly document project requirements and any changes, ensuring all agreements made during customer engagements are captured.
Grow Expertise
  • Maintain knowledge of current company procedures and policies.
  • Establish in‑depth knowledge of XENDIT products and processes to better support clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the payments space so customers understand XENDIT’s differentiators.
