Qualifications

• SMK graduate with technical discipline and hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• Maximum 30 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily output goals.
• Follow schedules and achieve targeted production volumes.
• Adhere to SOPs for safe, consistent workflow.
• Monitor quality and inspect outputs against benchmarks.
• Perform basic maintenance and sanitation to extend equipment life.
• Record output figures and report anomalies to supervisors.
• Maintain 6S and HMSE practices for a safe workplace.
