Job summary

GoldenAgri in Bekasi seeks a filling line operator to support preparation, processing, and production control under foreman direction. You will monitor quality of filling results, manage logs, and assist trials and commissioning of machines to ensure smooth production flows.

The role emphasizes safety, equipment upkeep, and adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Halal, and other quality standards within the Filling Plant area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preparation, process and production control as instructed by the foreman.
• Maintain and support the process and quality of filling results per specifications.
• Control CCPs and report deviations to foreman for corrective actions per ISO and HACCP.
• Assist trials and commissioning of filling machines.
• Fill out logsheets documenting production from material start to finish.
• Observe preventive maintenance to keep production equipment in good condition.
• Follow Safety Regulations and maintain discipline in the area.
• Implement quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Halal, SMK3, ISCC, RSPO, OHSAS).
• Ensure PRP is properly applied within the department.
• Maintain equipment and keep the Filling Plant clean and organized.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area and keep related documents tidy.
