Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support for target client proposals, technical exchanges, solution presentations, product demonstrations, and project sales initiatives.
  • Lead client-facing technical discussions and requirements gathering, conduct pre‑sales project analysis, design, and planning to facilitate the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Work with the product team to complete requirements research, draft related solutions, and perform system demonstrations.
  • Support the company in conducting technical exchanges with partners and stakeholders.
  • Summarize user needs and typical case studies based on project experiences, refine pre‑sales toolkits, and develop relevant documentation.
  • Provide timely feedback on industry trends, market insights, user demands, and competitor analysis to inform the company’s market strategy, product development, and software engineering efforts.
  • Monitor tender and procurement information from clients, government entities, and other sources, and follow up on potential opportunities.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in pre‑sales consulting and technical solution support for software products Proficiency in business communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility, clear thinking, meticulous work ethic, and excellent time management Strong team collaboration spirit, effective communication skills, and quick learning ability Excellent written and oral English expression skills, with extensive experience in using Word and PowerPoint Self‑motivated, capable of working independently with minimal guidance High resilience under pressure, able to deliver tasks within tight deadlines Fluency in English and Bahasa is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus Ability to work in Jakarta, Indonesia, with Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a STEM field, though other disciplines are also considered Must be a Indonesia national or hold permanent residency in Indonesia.
