A leading company in the hospitality sector is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager in Jakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing integrated public relations and marketing communication strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and engaging guests. This role involves managing multi-platform communications, government relations, and executing high-profile events, making it essential for the candidate to possess strong strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
Responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated public relations and marketing communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness, drive guest engagement, and support business goals for Delonix Group Indonesia. This role manages multi-platform communications, government relations, event planning, and digital marketing initiatives while ensuring brand consistency and strategic positioning.
Key Responsibilities: Brand & Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication plans for both B2B (Delonix Group) and B2C hotel brands under Delonix Group.
Ensure alignment with overall brand positioning, business objectives, and market trends.
Lead brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and tactical marketing initiatives.
Public Relations & Media Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, bloggers, and KOLs.
Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and corporate announcements.
Manage crisis communications and act as the media spokesperson when required.
Government Relations & Strategic Partnerships
Serve as the liaison between Delonix Group and government bodies, especially in relation to Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) projects.
Coordinate with related ministries, regional authorities, and public institutions for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Manage large-scale events in partnership with government stakeholders, such as ceremonies and investor summits.
Represent the company in formal communications and negotiations with government representatives and regulators.
Event & Project Management
Plan and execute key events including business-related events, press conferences, groundbreaking ceremonies, investor summits, and hotel opening activations.
Coordinate event logistics, manage vendor relationships, and oversee budget allocations.
Ensure seamless cross-country project execution (e.g., managing IKN events while coordinating operations remotely).
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Oversee social media strategies, content calendars, and KOLs collaborations.
Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with HQ brand and creative teams for digital assets, video content, and online branding creations.
Internal & External Communication
Draft company profiles, corporate communication materials, speeches, and executive announcements.
Ensure all messaging reflects the tone and values of the company.
Liaise with other departments to support business development, sales, HR, and operational communications.
People & Stakeholder Management
Supervise marketing support staff or interns (if any).
Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and collaborators.
Report progress, results, and analytics to DGI president.
Able to multitask with minimal supervision

Knowledge of hospitality, real estate, and infrastructure projects
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, with the ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions.
Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
