Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is hiring an PPIC Staff to join our Ciracas factory in East Jakarta. The role covers creating MPS and MRP, monitoring client deliveries and forecasts, and maintaining alignment between planned and actual schedules.

The ideal candidate has a manufacturing mindset, strong analytical skills, and is fluent in English. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with onsite work Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics/Transportation with GPA ≥3.3.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience up to 1 year as PPIC Staff in cosmetics/pharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and systematic thinking.
• Detail-oriented and process-focused.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
• Strong knowledge in production, planning, and inventory control.
• Willing to follow PT. Cosmax Indonesia recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• PIC for client to create MPS (Master Production Schedule) and MRP (Material Requirement Planning).
• Monitor delivery, production, and forecast for clients (export and special requests).
• Daily check between planning and actual schedule.
• Manage WIP (work in process).

PPIC Staff will be placed at Cosmax Factory, Ciracas – East Jakarta. Please read the qualifications below.

Qualifications :

1. Min Bachelor Industrial Engineering, Logistic Transportation with min GPA 3,3
2. Fresh graduates is welcome to apply
3. Experience max 1 year as Staff PPIC in manufacture cosmetics/pharmaceuticals
4. Have knowledge about the manufacture process
5. Have solid analytical and systematic thinking skills
6. Detail and target oriented and also focus on process oriented
7. Fluent in English (both of spoken and written)
8. Excellence using Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point
9. Strong knowledge in production, planning, and inventory control
10. Willing to follow all recruitment process based on PT. Cosmax Indonesia regulation

Role & Responsibilities :

• PIC for client to :
• Create MPS (Master Production Schedule) & MRP (Material Requirement Planning)
• Monitoring delivery, production & forecast for clients (both for export and special request)
• Daily checking between planning and actual schedule
• Managing WIP (work in process – half finish good)

Onsite
Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
