PT ASIX GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL is currently seeking a PPIC (Senior Staff) to ensure smooth production flow and material control in Mojokerto, Pasuruan, and Jombang with detail as follow:

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and control production schedules, monitoring production progress, and adjusting plans as needed.
• Ensure material availability through proper coordination with purchasing and warehouse.
• Analyze production capacity and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate data for inventory, WIP, and finished goods.
• Prepare regular reports for management regarding production vs. plan performance.

Requirements

• Willing to be placed in Mojokerto, Pasuruan, and Jombang.
• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field.
• Min. 3–5 years in Production Planning, MRP, or Inventory Control within a manufacturing company.
• Using ERP / SAP / Oracle or other relevant PPIC systems.
• Coordinating with procurement, production, and warehouse teams.
• Production flow, lead time, capacity planning, and inventory turnover.
• Supply chain, demand forecasting, and safety stock analysis.
• Bill of Materials, Master Production Schedule, and Just-In-Time methods.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Excel (pivot, formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English is a must; Chinese (Mandarin) would be a plus.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Good leadership attitude with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
