Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and control production schedules, monitoring production progress, and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Ensure material availability through proper coordination with purchasing and warehouse.
  • Analyze production capacity and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate data for inventory, WIP, and finished goods.

  • Knowledge & Skills: Production flow, lead time, capacity planning, and inventory turnover.
  • Supply chain, demand forecasting, and safety stock analysis.
  • Experienced in using ERP / SAP / Oracle or other relevant PPIC systems.
  • Bill of Materials, Master Production Schedule, and Just-In-Time methods.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft Excel (pivot, formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
