About Our Client

Job Description
  • Develop and manage production planning strategies to meet demand and optimize resource use.
  • Coordinate production schedules across multiple product lines and sites to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor and control inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with procurement, sales, production, and logistics teams to align forecasts, capacity, and inventory needs.
  • Lead demand forecasting using historical data, market trends, and sales input to generate accurate production plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement in production planning and inventory management processes.
  • Implement inventory control policies, including cycle counts and stock audits.
  • Manage and develop the PPIC team with clear KPIs and ongoing coaching.
  • Utilize ERP and planning software effectively, identifying automation opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on production schedules, inventory status, and KPIs for management.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of PPIC processes, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and production planning tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Results-driven with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
