Job summary

A growing Foreign Investment Company in Tangerang is seeking a PPIC Manager to oversee production planning and inventory control for rubber parts in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing and a strong background in material management and production planning. Proficiency in MS Excel and strong English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as PPIC Manager in Automotive Manufacturing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Production Planning and Inventory Control.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English.

Responsibilities

• Create Master Production Schedule and Material Requirement Planning.
• Monitor inventory during the production process.
• Ensure adequate levels of raw materials and finished goods.

Job description

Creating Master Production Schedule and usage the machine for all product periodically

Creating Material Require Planning periodically

Monitoring inventory during the production process, goods stored in the warehouse

Ensuring adequate levels of raw materials and finished goods

Ensuring the optimization of machine productivity so that not get overuse production machines or rather useless

Qualifications :

Min. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related

Min. 5 years experience as PPIC Manager in Automotive Manufacture

Has comprehensive knowledge of Production Planning, Material Management, Inventory Control, MRP/ERP and Warehousing System

Proficient with Ms. Excel

Strong command of English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in business settings.

Willing to be placed in Tangerang
