Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in asset development, preferably in logistics estates and industrial sectors.
• Proven track record managing large-scale industrial and infrastructure portfolios (200,000sqm+).
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle planning and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a group-wide property and asset strategy.
• Lead feasibility studies and investment planning for new projects.
• Monitor asset performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Division Heads to align asset strategies with operational needs.
