Job summary

Chandra Asri Group is seeking a Port Facility Security Officer to lead the development and implementation of the Port Facility Security Management System in coordination with the appointed Recognized Security Organization (RSO). You will oversee PFSA, PFSP, and risk mitigation, ensuring operational readiness and regulatory compliance at Site Office Cilegon.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in Port Operations, PFSO certification, and strong English communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in one of the following disciplines: Marine Transportation, Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Port Operation (TUKS or Tersus).
Certified Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) IMO Model Course 3.21 is mandatory.
Good English communication skills, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Act as the focal point for the development and implementation of the Port Facility Security Management System with the RSO.
Lead and coordinate the preparation of the Port Facility Security Assessment (PFSA).
Review PFSA findings, security risks and mitigation measures proposed by the RSO.
Coordinate PFSP development, review and finalize PFSP to ensure alignment with terminal operations.
Coordinate security gap assessments during engineering, construction, commissioning and operations readiness phases.
Monitor RSO progress, schedules and quality of work.
Coordinate verification activities with regulators for SoCPF and ensure timely closure of findings.
