Job summary

PT. The Finca Bali is seeking a responsible Pool & Gardener Staff to join our team in Bali. You will maintain pool cleanliness, monitor water quality, and care for garden areas while working outdoors.

This role requires physical fitness, ability to work independently or in a team, and willingness to work weekends and public holidays. Prior pool maintenance and gardening experience is preferred.

• Previous experience in pool maintenance and gardening is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of swimming pool maintenance, water testing, and chemical handling.
• Knowledge of gardening, landscaping, and plant maintenance.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain swimming pool cleanliness and ensure water quality is properly maintained.
• Perform regular pool cleaning, including brushing, vacuuming, and removing debris.
• Monitor pool water quality, including pH and chlorine levels.
• Maintain garden areas by watering, trimming, pruning, and taking care of plants.
• Ensure all outdoor areas, gardens, and swimming pool surroundings are clean, neat, and well-maintained.
• Monitor and report any damage or issues related to pool equipment, garden facilities, or irrigation systems.
• Maintain and properly use all gardening and pool maintenance equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
